Great fun! (well, apart from those really steep up bits, oh and the steep, slippy, tussocky down bits... mmm, guess thats most of it then )
Thanks all, see you again soon

Pendle looked lovely & clear this morning - went out on the bike seeing as my calf still won't perform as it should when running! My Tour race will be doubtful now - ah well just hope it sorts itself ready for the Calderdale relay as I'm on the 1st leg.
Not sure, think it's some tendon/ligiment strain at the base of the calf. Seems to be easing a little so may try very short trot on Friday evening. Think I may have done it at Duathlon at the start of the month but it came on at the end of Withins last Sunday hence the slow last mile.
Cycle ride this morning was lovely with crystal clear views, just went up to Wensleydale and back via Gargrave (tea & cake stop ), Barlick and Rimmington but Pendle was in sight most of the time - thought I saw a few blurs around Ogden Clough but it could have been sheep!!
Glad you had fun, see you on a hill soon I hope..........
Yes, what a great day. Thanks Dave for teaching me to run fast downhill!
