An 8 and a bit mile road run at, to use a Ben Hur-a-rism, full ramming speed. Pain on a stick for much of the last 4 miles .

Back to the days of, get up and run in the dark, drive to work in the dark, work indoors all day in artifical light, drive home in the dark and run in the dark. Roll on summer!!!!
Believe it or not i dont mind winter training .
I seem to be able to get in from work change, stretch get out and back and as an old running friend of mine used to say "get Cabined up".
I look forward to the weekend runs inthe light and the occasional flexi days i can take of work and run on the moors.

1/2hr run again at dinner onsite. really sorted my head out. Then back inside under a faulty strip light bulb all day until the engineer came to change it as I was about to leave for home.

I think many will agree on that - personally I just need to build up a bit more flexitime!!
