well ive just done a five hour run , walk with the dog and im knackered

No fell, but a good race. Mostly off road, few bits of industrial decay.
Food and organisation is excellent.
When I did it, it was dry underfoot, but I understand that when it is wet it can be a bit of a miserable experience.
