So am i pal, what time would you be happy with? for me i would be abso overjoyed to knock 15 mins off last year, that was 3.47 so keep an eye open for me at the end when i come in.

The whole race is going to be a mystery trip for me - I did 3:13 on the Langdale Horseshoe last month which is less miles but with more severe hills I suspect - the winning time of Langdale was 2:14 this year which is ballpark the Pendle winning time. Therefore I'll do Pendle in 3:13.............. not.
