9 mile bike commute + 33 mins easy run - definitely coming cold!!
100 lengths at local baths and 10m xc. flat run. definatly bloody freezing out there. at least its stopped raining though.

8miles at Bolton Abbey. Absolutely frozen when got back to car (left gloves at home and wore shorts) but stunning evening to be out. Long walk planned for tomorrow
A short 4 miler on the roads tonight on a very cold evening indeed.
4 Miler, left knee sore after long run yesterday
A good hilly 6 mile all negitive splits. Weather was a downer to start with but at the end I really enjoyed it.

ran over to my lads footie match just in time to see him drill a volley into the top corner to make it 1-0

And on the sibject of footie - 6 miles track indoors, 30 laps - just before watching my son play too. He scored a hat-trick which included a great towering header (at least thats what I saw). No better feeling than seeing your son score. Cost me $10 thoughOriginally Posted by daz h

Knackered after the session
84 mins mostly off road from home (@9.5 miles) - New Farnley- Pudsey valleys - Tong - NF. Almost came a cropper on one v. slippery stile.
