Yeah Im not fretting I'm pretty chilled TBH,

Im running this weekend on the Carneddau range. Very excited never ran in Wales before. Has anyone any insight into what this area is like?

It's very hilly, likely wet, and full of strange people.

I am going Mud Plugging this weekend ready for Round Rotheram, cause there is certain to be plenty of mud there.

Just been to recce the last bit. Thought it might be an idea to know where I'm going when it's dark and I'm tired. It's quite easy to follow actually, but I'm glad I went. The little map things are brilliant! Couple of times I was wondering if I'd gone too far - they're not to scale, but once you get used to it, it's pretty easy to follow. I'd only got a 1:50000 OS map and some of the paths are not marked on it. The written descriptions drive me mad at the best of times. But those little maps are just the biz!! And there are some lovely bits on the route. (just don't mention the industrial estate near the finish...).
