the special bit was when i fell over in the cattle drink and he came back for me
Well thanks Marg. I needed that like err... like something I really didn't need very much at all.
I did something special. Went to Glossop to see the Christmas Tree get lit. It was a service by Willow Wood which some local chavs decided to try and spoil. I even told one girl to piss off or I would bang her one!!!! Rude kids- I blame the parents.
I then went home and did 8 x 3 mins off 90 secs and 5 x 30 secs.
10 miles on the boring roads.
6 on canal bank in dark. Must be mad almost fell in
8 miles or so on the roads in what feels like a force 10 gale. Got blown off the pavement a couple o' times. Not a pleasant run at all what with the rain and all.
Got home and now see that our front windows are bulging in on account of the wind....
45 mins at lunchtime in the snow and freezing cold - invigorating
Well Roadrunner, why don't you go and run on the really interesting roads then?
