Looks like an interesting training aid.
Any feedback about its ability to measure your running speed, Roadrunner?

in a village near me they have got those new things up which tell you how fast you are going and it flashes a warning if you are going over 30 and goes green if you are going 30 or under.
my mates dad and a load of lads from the pub were running up the street once trying to set it off don;t think it worked
my garmin runner 205 was indicating I was doing 2.45 minute miles tother day just before I had to stop for the traffic lights.
Hallalugah has RR seen the light? I thought his bovver was at the other side of the guns
We've got a few of them on the Road in the Iom, when I'm riding past on my bike I set it off. One of them is set so that it shows a smiley face if you're inside the speed limit & an unhappy one if you're not. Must admit a few times I've ridden past and had the unhappy face!!!
I'm so naughty!!!!!!
managed 18mph past a smilly speed trap..
Unfortunately I can't run as fast as David Proctor
Biriani for endurance, pathia for speed.
My daughter and her mates reckoned that they got it to display 29mph by running down the road!
The best I managed on our local speed detector was 11mph. And that was DOWNHLL!!!!

Bloody hell that's remarkable.
Young David has definitely joined the ranks of the elite with that run. It's the fastest time in the UK this year.
