Night run from Capel Curig, round the old road then followed the 1000m race route up to the end of the glyders ridge over Y Foel Goch and back to Capel along the ridge. Stunning night. Full moon with a cloud inversion above ~700m. http://sarzmountainrun.blogspot.com/ shows it the best we could, but doesn't gove it justice.

    Pah mudguards!

My maiden voyage was weds night and it was chucking it down, didn't stop me loving it!

Thou I will be getting some mudguards soon, as the deal I made with myself for buying it was that I wouldn't drive within a 5 mile radius of home!

Thursday - 6 miles hilly off road (did some breaking in of the Walshes - still not comfy by any means, but didn't feel the need to take them off as soon as I stopped).

Friday - spinning class at the gym, really pushed myself and enjoyed it hugely.

Feeling good for the Chichetser Priory 10k road race on Sunday - Raymond

Breaking in? I've never needed to do that. Just take them out of the box, put them on and run. Oh, and they're supposed to be fast, not comfy .
