Thanks for the offers of support, I have to confess I've done absolutely nothing to organise anything and I'm still not definately doing it due to being particularly busy with work at the moment; I haven't had a chance to even think about it. Maybe that's a good thing.
Will cast my mind over it this week and make a decision. The blue moon certainly sounds appealing, and my thoughts on a Llanberis start are beginning to be reconsidered with the thought of the Carneddau being easier running in the latter stages (if I get that far!).
I'm getting old enough to realise that my opportunities for a successful 24 hour attempt are diminishing rapidly as I'm 37. I'm feeling fit and going well but lacking in real distance training, tho I do have the ability to keep going in a comatose state. I actually fell asleep whilst walking on the West Highland Way Race in 2002, only woke up when I started falling over! So maybe this is the year to have a go.
My main fear is getting lots of people to turn up and help only to make a hash of it and waste everyone's time.
Someone persuade me!!!
