    Re: Todays Injuries

Was wondering how long it would be before I posted here again!
Raced on Sunday and seemed o.k. for a couple of days: took it easy and didn't run until Wednesday. Today my hamstring pain has returned without any real warning. I can feel the knottiness beneath my thigh as I sit here fuming at the injustice of it all!!
Have no other outlet for this pathetic moaning: waaaaaaaaaaaah!
What can anyone suggest by means of unfailing cures??
