fairly hard though. Not about the climb in some cases its about the pace. Bet it had more than Coiners. Must have been rubbish for the younger ones though

yeah ive got to agree its a tough route lots of people aren't used to running on that sort of terrain the pace last year as well was very fast. maybe slightly more climbing than coiners as its up and down all the way coiners just has to pretty steep climbs at the start.

Just looking at last years results that was probably one of my best runs.
