It may depend on the fabric, I've not seen the DHBs but a lot of friends have Skins and these are very thin; hence you can run in them but my pair are LineBreak which is made of a different material. I could not run in mine but they are great at compression after a run which was what I wanted. I'm thinking of just using compression socks/leggings for recovery as I've never had a problem on the move so ordinary (cheap) kit does me.
