You'll be under 45 minutes by the end of this year. No problem!

About 12 miles from Cilcain taking in a recce of the Llangynhafal Loop. Ground dry and hard.
Can't see many runners using the track for the final descent. The trods across the grass are quite clear.
I passed just to the left of the quarry and headed almost straight for the gate at the bottom.
No doubt Fellrunner will know a better line so we'll all follow!:D
An easy 6 miles today -even found a wet muddy couple of metres:)
Ran/walked the fairfield horseshoe today, lovely weather and fantastic views. Really struggled today though, legs felt wooden
6 miles am then some 600m reps on the track tonight ready for tuesday ;)
22 miles on the bike last night after I got back from amsterdam!

Session in the gym this morning -
few km's on the recumbant cycle thingy, then onto the treddie for a hill/flat reps session, then a half km flat out run/rest then another trying to beat the previous one etc (bloomin knackering!) then another incline set but no flat recovery - got 6 minutes into this final set then the calf got really sore

An hour in the glorious sunshine along the canal and around Dunham Park.
Tired after Wardle on Saturday and yesterday's trot around the Clwydian Hills.
3.1 miles over the fields as a speedy fartlek, really mixing it up and pushing the hilly bits. In contrast to yesterdays' slow 10 miles. Doing the GEAR 10k at Kings Lynn on Sunday. Dead flat:( , beside the Great Ouse River and around the town.
