Knees killing today. Gave my dad a handd to go and fill his van with a few trees a mate has chopped down.
Carrying the heavy b*stards to the van and then to the machine to be cut, and then carting them into the log shed has trashed my knees.:(

Lovely run out this morning from Bolton Bridge to Cav Pav then up through Bolton Park Farm and on to High Park / South Nab. I think this is similar to what FITC (mod not book) recommended earlier in the year and if I'm right thank you as it's a really nice route. Wonder if there's any chance of a sunset up there on a clear night? ;):)

Came back same way :) I've got map out and a clockwise loop back above Brown Hill then by Noska Head and Miry Pant looks good (what great names). I live in Addingham and run or walk up the Beacon most weeks. Fave route is probably up the ginnel and back the way the BOFRA race goes up ;)
It was raining, so I didn't bother. Wimp. :o
5 mile off road to work in rain and a river dip, felt good:confused:
3.7 miles round liile citadelle park - very flat
1 sloppy hour up Hamelden and thereabouts. Bit of a dusting of snow last night but no build up, even on the tops. Feel a little looser now than before I set off, had to give myself a good talking to to get out.
7 miles this morning, bloody cold:(
An excellent session on the track at the velodrome :) Pb-ed on the 500m TT and managed to end up mid-field in the 40 lap points race... with the guys that I could never keep up with a couple of months ago, so I must be getting faster :D
