I did Holme Moss 2007 in about 4.15 and Langdale 2007 in just over 4 hours. My best time for 2008 was 46.10 for an off road 10K (Newby Hall). Be honest need I bother applying for the Three Peaks? The cut offs look to me as if they want people who can do 10K in about 42 mins. I've just had the flu but before that felt I was improving especially since joining a running club. Terrain, navigation, nor distance are problems but if I'm not going to have the speed. If any body thinks I've got a chance of training up to the standard throw me a line otherwise I'd appreciate being put out of my misery.:(
