Excellent and I will have a good use to put you to. I am running against a hash house harrier chappie who works in my office. He's a good runner on the flat and always beats me but has never done a fell race so whilst I am reasonably confident of thrashing him, I feel that some insurance may come in handy to ensure a satisfactory outcome to the event. So the plan is that as you will obviously be well ahead of us both, is for you to conceal yourself behind a convenient rock and if the hasher reaches you before me you will use your Master type hypnotic powers to slow him down. Failing that, hitting over the head with a rock and depositing him in Low Water would also suffice. As for a description, I think "the ugly tw@t who isn't wearing Walshes or Inov8s" should be all you need.
