Nothing for me, have been struggling to run even 5 mile lately, have done a grand total of 4 mile this week, zapped of energy, feel like I'm dragging The Masters manbag around with me! ;)
Sick of it now, wish I was back to health and normal life :(
Have fun at Swaledale AK, love it round there :)
Still not running... focussing on cycling, which is going well... However, I am starting to really really miss being out on the hills, so I shall and will re-introduce running up and down hills into my training regime shortly... Although this may have to wait till after the most contrasting thing I have ever done, contrasting to fell running that is, and that is track cycling, at a velodrome, indoors on smooth wooden boards  Track champs at the end of july, after that, I hope it rains, as I need to get muddy :D
Pink pony on the loose in Ogden Clough;

At least it is better than all that poncing around on the golfcourse...
Had a good run at Swaledale, weather was excellent, food and beer also, hills dont get any easier tho!!!! Him off the Tele also turned out, he is on his way back.
Spotted a MERRYLEGS lookalike even my missus said " didn't know Steve was running, so what were you doing up North yesterday, I even went in the pie shop just in case it was you :)
Keep on running...................... Amex and missus look well, missus looks better tho, eh Steve T
If it was me the pie shop would be closed awaiting a re-supply ;-)
Well done at Swaledale AK and im off the tele.
Never made my bike ride today, felt ropey yesterday and don't want to be throwing sickies at work, so went and bought a Patterdale Terrier instead. 12 week old bitch called Gem, beautiful little hound, kids are over the moon:)
Hi All, if i still have a Fell Pony vest does that mean i can talk in here?

BTW, Mr and Mrs Amex were both in very fine fettle this weekend and did the Ponies proud.
I was also privileged to witness the real-life meeting of Amex and Antisocial. Unfortunately, what passed between them cannot be repeated on a public forum, but can best be described as good-natured foul-mouthed invective.
All meat a real treat, my dog is licking it's lips looking at that pic, she'll love Amex, but couldn't eat him in one sitting.
Well done Mr and Mrs Amex, a weekend well spent ;-)
Amex meets Antisally, could be a monster movie like Godzilla v King Kong!
Sure they got along fine, both fine upstanding pillars of the community:D
Merrylegs is no more, according to Antisally, Amex has eaten him, and a whole field full of Fell Ponies:eek:
It's not about ability, it's about appetite:D
Ohhh, would have loved to have seen the meeting of Amex and Antisally :D
Lovely pup Merry :)
Amex caught Antisally off guard and he started off in the guise of friendly and polite young Master Paul. Halfway through the sentence he remembered his alter ego - or else realised who he was talking to - and transformed into the Antisally we all know. It was like an attack of sudden-onset Tourettes.
I took cover at this point and missed the rest.
