Nothing for me, have been struggling to run even 5 mile lately, have done a grand total of 4 mile this week, zapped of energy, feel like I'm dragging The Masters manbag around with me!

Still not running... focussing on cycling, which is going well... However, I am starting to really really miss being out on the hills, so I shall and will re-introduce running up and down hills into my training regime shortly... Although this may have to wait till after the most contrasting thing I have ever done, contrasting to fell running that is, and that is track cycling, at a velodrome, indoors on smooth wooden boardsTrack champs at the end of july, after that, I hope it rains, as I need to get muddy
