Does sound like a good idea, but it is already stated in the rules and safety requirements anyway if you check the wording. Unfortunately it's usually displayed with some vague wording so it isn't exactly clear.

What is the least you can get away with? Is it OK to carry tiny kids waterproofs that don't fit? We must be told.
