That suggestion is no use if the poster has no knowledge of the new product or there is no space in the market for a new trader.

I believe he is very popular in "bongo bongo land"
It's politically very astute of Teresa May to hand key positions relating to our EU withdrawal to Johnson, Fox and Davis. As a remainer (albeit a reluctant one) she could have been vulnerable to attacks from Brexiteers if the negotiations didn't go well. So placing key Brexiteers in positions of such responsibility will help nullify this.
Although I voted Remain, I admit that there has been some good news since the Brexit vote. I have just heard on the radio that house prices in London have gone down by 5% since the Referendum. If this carries on, ordinary people might even be able to buy somewhere to live in the capital.
I agree, as someone who has 3 adult children it's concerning that our first house in 1985 was less than our combined annual income and we weren't on much :D
Now the cheapest house here in Blackburn would be around double two people's minimum wage income.
There was a strange piece today on the news about a lady who feared her desire to move could be lost as the housing market stagnates.
But if her 400K house now has to drop to 375K to sell, then the house she is purchasing would also have to drop to sell.
The differentials are unlikely to change.
The trouble is the 5% drop represents the overall uncertainty in the economy, which means lower wage rises and higher unemployment and more job uncertainty - so the ability for most to buy property will not improve unless something else changes - an annual land tax for example, or capital gains tax on first properties.
Dear Boris was born in New York so presumably is eligible to be President of the USA.
You read it here first.
well he off to a good start. The american state department spokesman laughing when hes told. The french F S calling him a lair. The rest of europe shaking their heads. He insulted american president, insulted the next possible president. Called the Turkish president a wanker. He made racist remarks. Was he successful as London Mayor most of the things he done where already on the go. His garden bridge is looking a bit wobbly and they just sold his water cannon.A internationist doesn't sound like one to me.
Does anyone think May is giving him enough rope to hang himself?
Apparently Theresa May was presented with a list of potential ministers for her new cabinet.
She saw Boris's name and wrote: 'F. Off.'
Hopefully, the error will be put right later today....
I assume Boris has just arrived in Turkey!?
Fan, doo doo, hitting.
One to make the Brexiteers spit out their morning coffee

"Theresa May has indicated that Brexit could be delayed as she said she will not trigger the formal process for leaving the EU until there is an agreed “UK approach” backed by Scotland."
How very clever....it's all on sturgeons plate now!
Coffee remains in mouth!:)
Aye, the ball is with Nic now. The intrigue of it all!
Nicola Sturgeon is wrong, and twisting facts to suit her anti-English agenda.
Scotland didn't vote to stay in the EU. Scotland didn't have a referendum on leaving the EU, the UK had a referendum - the UK that Scotland voted to remain a part of in 2014, knowing that there would likely be an EU referendum. As a result of the UK referendum we're off, taking Scotland with us.
Consequences.
I have family who are long term residents in Spain. There was a General Election a few days after the Referendum. The Brexit vote was a bombshell in Spain. The People's Party was expected to lose seats to the minority/break away/lunatic parties but instead the populace, having seen Brexit, voted conservatively and the PP gained seats. A totally unexpected and sensational result for the ruling party.
The leader of the PP (Mariano Rajoy) has stated in no uncertain terms that Scotland will not be allowed in any circumstances to be an independent member of the EU. Not because he cares a fig about Scotland but because if Scotland did it would give succor to Catalans, Basques & their equivalent who seek independence all over Europe.
Politics is politics but European Prime Ministers will look in their own backyard before they worry about Scotland.
Thank God Jebby's give us something good to talk about
Well, you could have a read about Oor Nics Article 50 "veto"
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016...n-com/?ref=yfp
Considering how long trade deals take to arrange and implement, maybe not a bad thing tbh.Quote:
Asked if she had a “veto in her back pocket” about when Britain leaves the EU, she replied: “I think we are in a very strong position. That is a position that I am going to use as well as I can.”
There always the link between voting Brexit and the 'alleged' link to wanting the death penalty return....

Then there's the new Brexit minister and his deep understanding of EU trade agreements
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk...-a7136121.html
Quote:
.The staunch Leave backer, a former Europe Minister, however said during the referendum campaign that Britain would negotiate individual trade deals with other EU countries.
It certainly takes the EU a long time to negotiate trade deals as it has to satisfy the interests of 28 different members, interests that can often be contradictory. Indeed the EU has no trade deal in place with any top ten economy. Australia by contrast has deals with USA, China and Japan.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016...stroys-the-ec/
Without this handicap Britain should be able to negotiate deals much more quickly. In fact countries around the world already seem very keen to do deals with Britain.
Not great if true. However, as one of the people to comment below the article points out - number 627, perhaps the journalist should concentrate on the basics of his own job before criticising others.
Terrible writing for a journalist.
"...without side countries," instead of "...with outside countries."
"Ms Davis," instead of "Mr. Davis."
"Negotiations will not begun..."
"He went one to say..."
Seriously?
Maybe reach some level of skill at your own job before commenting on whether somebody else is capable of theirs. I thought this was the website of a proper newspaper, not somebody's Facebook ramblings, which is how this reads.
I've read the article and there is one line that does seem to suggest that trade deals could be made with individual EU countries but elsewhere it is clear that he understands the EU makes deals as a block. So perhaps David Davis should have checked more carefully everything that he had written in what was a very long article. I suspect that his proportion of errors is minuscule compared to the Indy journalist.
