If there's anything wrong with it, it's your fault. You re-sized it for me!
It's probably just blurred as I was going so fast at the finish of the Trog!

I enhanced the area around the front of your shorts, elongated your body and squished you inwards. It will do wonders for your running :)
Managed to squeeze 30 odd miles in whilst in Spain mainly up the side of a mountain although it was on tarmac. Just got used to the heat and now back to this horrid wet weather.........!
Nice and dry in Wharfedale. Just back from 6ml Barden Br to Burnsall and back:)

Commendable stuff Mr Bone.
Me, none. Resting;)
7.5 miles on the fells.
Anyone else noticed how all the trogs and paths seem to be disappearing under grass and now turning into streams and very very boggy bogs. Really hard work.
Two days of running on the bounce for me now! First time in 10 weeks!

Took the afternoon off work and had 3.5hours bog hopping from Darwen to Winter Hill via Great Hill.
Managed 19.5 miles and about 3000ft and felt reasonable good, it peed it down the whole time. Actually think that helped to keep me cool.
No more running for me now till monday.
Thats a good run Emmi, the bogs after winter hill towards great hill are ridicolously good fun. On the way back my legs where pretty tired and just did not have the stretch to clear them.
Im guessing you saw two dead sheep on that route then?
I like counting them it sends me to sleep
Emmi,
what is your Avatar Dear?
this is ridiculous
10 miles with a raincoat on :(
i have 5 pairs of running shoes with newspaper in them
it has not stopped raining here since about 6.00am this morning
Nice steady 11 miles today along the canal :D
Still resting. Tough day:rolleyes:
Bloody dosser!! Ha! 2 hours tennis. Jumped around like a mad thing.
Eating:D
7 miles in the p*ssing rain last night with a whinging dog who didn't want to be out.
Nothing today - went to the hairdressers and had a new 'do'! spent 3 hours sitting on my backside in a very uncomfy chair - shattered now!!
just need to see if anyone notices now!!

perfect night now
the rain has gone
yippeeee yiya:)
Great to be running again and not be in clag or rain.
Recced half the Snowdon leg of the PB, up to Craig Wen, but headed back to Rhydd Dhu before Moel Cynghorion. Nice run, twisted me ankle again which isn't good, will ice tonight but thought I'd finally got over that, careless mistake and just went over on it.
Anyway 10 or 11 miles, 1300m ascent in 3 hrs 20. Steady run, but was still 50 minutes up on the leg times so happy enough.
Nice 7 miles today - very boggy underfoot as can be expected - went up to my hips in water at one point through a particularly wet field. Going to try and get my milage up now I seem to be running consistantly uninjured - some nice 12-15 mile loops over towards the Rossendale valley. Think I might give that race a go next Sunday over near Haworth although not much climbing in it.
Lovely hour on the Downs today round Bignor Hill. 610ft of ascent and about 7 miles. Beautiful weather. I should also mention that I saw loads of very well behaved dogs (rare) and had a quick chat with some pleasant ramblers (rarer still!)
Sitting on my arse feeling sorry for myself. Man with cold. Got some exercises planned for later, so hopefully I'll be able to do those without sneezing every three seconds.
2hrs on Winter Hill Moors with Tony Varley. Saw a deer in full flight running over some tough terrain. What a great sight!
14 miles over the hills, hardwork after that beer session last night
very warm here today as well
Sunday morn did the pendle half tour route with Emmi 9.5 miles 2200ft.
Sunday night went out and killed myself on the bike for an hour, just over 17 miles which ain't quick but it was effin hilly.
Was hoping to race tockholes on sat but got into tiling the kitchen floor and wanted to get it done!
Sundays was the first run in ages I haven't had ANY niggles or grief of any sort from my knee!!! :D :D
A very pleasant 7 miles/2000' on Pendle today. Hardly anyone about, like having my own private fell to play on.
Two hours with Emma from Roddlesworth, through the woods to Abbey Village and over Darwen Moor.
Some pictures we took:
