Not bad. Getting back into the running again. 5 mile on Pex Hill after work then been to watch and photograph the Dunham Massey 5k race tonight.

Running at the Capenhurst 10k race on Sunday.

How are you going with the training?

Had a go at training last night but my groin is still not up to it so im having a few more weeks of. How was your run tonight?

Don't get to disheartened by the injury. Rest is the best cure then a slow build up.
I would of liked to have a bash at the Dunham 5k tonight but no entry on the night as the race was full. Hopefully will give the Lymm 5k a whirl in a couple of weeks providing Sunday goes okay.

I could get it off the server at work... Actually now you mention it I saw tickets available for this (on the internet, not a work perk :eek:). I was at TV centre a few years ago when Robbie was on the Jonathon Ross show and I missed my chance there at well :mad:

Can you get me the part 2 of the Quincy Jones documentary that's due to be shown next Friday? The first part was really good and I'm bound to forget to watch part 2 next week.
