:D Fantastic. Just the right level of vague and laid back planning that makes solo fell runs so much fun.
My training this week has mainly involved pigging out and sleeping. It's been tough but I got through it OK.

8 miles last night, but going to pummell myself on a 14 mile in bowland tomorrow:D
A lovely 6 miles in glorious sunshine up Hameldon. Great views over to Pendle, Bleasdale and Boulsworth. Looked slightly hazy up in the Dales. A distinct hint of Spring in the air today - roll on some warm sunshine.
1:43:57hr "steady +" paced run. Greenfield - Tanners Lane - Binn Green - Ravenstones - Thomas Platt cross - Doves Edge - Fox Stone - Res - Plantation - Tank Boulder - Plantation - Tanners Mill.
Beautiful afternoon/evening out there....Spring is in the air :)
Easy run tomorrow & Ian Roberts FR on Sunday..
65mins up and down Beamsley Beacon steady this afternoon. As others have posted there's a real feeling of spring in the air; FANTASTIC
Yes it was full of lessons which I probably won't take any notice of:o
Scamp is still running: a bit of freelance rabbit chasing and 11 miles this morning along the River Nidd, which is flat as a pancake but still a rugged run, then back across Marston Moor. Don't get excited, flat as the last bit, no flatter. But still full of atmosphere.
