Sorry if you thought that was what I was suggesting...it was the first time CVFR had used SI equipment, and I was paranoid it was all going to go T*** up!! It was the first time I'd been involved with it other than as a competitor...in fact some people said they were "faster!" than their stop watches/garmins... I find when I train on the Midgley Moor/High Brown Knoll area, even though I know it very well, in clag I am much slower than in the "open" air so to speak. Also I noticed a significant number of entrants were over 40!!
