7 mile tonight round ashton it's good to be back :D
Ran home from work - 9 miles in 71 minutes, 6 mins. quicker than 2 weeks back. Mild again and dry, can't complain.
A gentle 5 miles running off the stiff legs from MS
5.2 mile at tempo pace
8 road miles including the club hill/ speed sess on the roads around the west end of Glasgow. I took it easy doing strides with the slower runners as I've been feeling quite tired last few days.

Did my first run in 10 days with a big blue strap on my knee. Managed 5 miles on the roads. A few shooting pains at first but nothing major, hopefully it wont be too sore tommorow. Next run Thursday.
Im going to listen to the physio and stay off the hills for a week or two. As long as I can get my self right for the three peaks, Ill be happy.
Amen
7 mile on the roads tonight with tryfan. Quite a mild evening for a run.
300m reps on grass tonight for 50mins followed by 4 x 30secs eyeballs out!!!
5 mile to work off road, steady, back still sore. 4m home on road, windy, dark, back felt better after 8 hours of hard graft:rolleyes: Started raining just as i put the key in the door, someone up there must like me:D
7 miles on the Road, nice day for it !
Nice trot around the 1/2 tour route with a couple of forumites. Let's hope I don't injure anything before the race!
 i couldn't wake up this morning
nice easy 4 this morning on track and road. the road was quite icy so running like a new born fawn. felt muscles tensing i didn't know existed.
This afternoon got off work at 3 and ran IN THE DAY IGHT!!!

good hour's gym session was hard ;)
8m to work on single speed, used garmin for first time on bike. 34mins 48secs av.14.2mph. Lumpy route, max speed 31.4mph. Must have been downhill;) Spinning out at 19mph on flat, felt like Lance 'bloody' Armstrong doing a time trial, even passed Jan Ullrich in Sowerby Bridge, fat guy on a mtb. No data for 4m home. Garmin thought i was indoors, musn't of seen me clock out:D
72 miles on the bike at 18 average this morning. Could feel Pendle in the legs from yesterday though. Pen-Y-Ghent & Plover Hill in the morning followed by a rest day. Right, better clean the bike now, I spayed some 'muck off' on it an hour ago and can't seem to get off my chair to wipe it down!
Hill session tonight :o flipping heck it was hard im sure it is gonna get easier  !!!!
Steady hilly road 8 at marathon type pace, felt easy, which I guess it should for 8 miles. Very warm night up here and DARK, cloudy blackness.

5m off road hilly, boggy run in to work, 4m home on road. Had some good news today, top manager at work has been sacked and replaced by a guy from our Swiss parent company. Nobody liked him and he has dragged moral down to the lowest level. Hope this new guy's better, seems ok on first impressions.
For the first time in a while I can contribute to this thread!! A nice and gentle 50 mins over Musberry Heights and Hog Pike Low (which is just over the hill). Legs very stiff due three weeks or so of inactivity due to the lurgy - it can only get better!!
7 miles on the road - left knee swollen as fcuk and right ankle aching
Easy but hilly recovery 4 on road and trail. Getting good consistency this winter but need to get out in the hills more at weekends.

A quick 4 mile XC yesterday around Pex Hill.
Really nice run yesterday over the fields and through the orchards :)
maybe being in prison isn't ALL bad
6 mile micro navving over the local moors at a slow pace. (with out a GPS)
8.75 miles/1950' Over Pen-Y-Ghent and Plover hill and back to Horton via Horton Moor, Hull Pot & Outaber. Heavy going from trig to Plover hill - very misty, windy and boggy. Took the camera but no views to be had from the tops. Took one on my approach back to Horton but as it was a grey day I have prettified it in photoshop :)
6 mile steady plod down the canal, didnt take my gps,i knew where i was going.
5m off road on singlespeed to work, well actually it was on me most of the time. 4m home on it, weekend:cool:
gym session tonight hard but enjoyed it getting used to it again now :D
steady 11 along west highland way. SHE was going to Liverpool so dropped me in town and I ran home, Ben Lomond emerging from the cloud as I went. Sometimes life is sweet (often when not at work)!

A short steady 4.3 mile with Tryfan yesterday on the trail paths around Pex Hill on part of my normal route.
10 mile through Hadfield/Glossop, nice and sunny !!
10 miles slow run round Ladybowyer in shorts and vest with my 10 year old daughter/coach. Beautiful day but the sunshine had brought sooooo many people out.
Bumped in to Darth and team accelerate.
Only a short run today of just over 3 miles around my normal route in lovely sunshine.
