Enjoyed the climb up, but didn't like the narrow path along the river near the start or all the peat bog on the way down, I was about 10x slower getting down than I was getting up.
Much preferred the uphill too. Caught IDP at the Trig and then he was off!
No way could I catch him. Made minutes on me. I can motivate myself up the hills but not so on the flat or downhill.

Fleeters descending advice was the best. Skip, minimizes foot contact with the ground
what number im getting forgetful and yes il have it.
