Well erm that was erm different
I decided that getting to 7th after the climb up to winter hill was much to unfair on the rest of the runners so a few of us decided to add a couple of miles onto the race and head towards Bolton.
I have never been dead-last in a race before but i can say i have now.......once i finally found my way to two-lads i was expecting everyone to have gone home but the last place runners came through and said he heard a few had gone wrong somewhere
Saw some amazing scenery whilst on my extended route, and came across some game-keepers training some young black lab pups...they looked at me as if i was the first runner they'd seen with a race number...by that time the four runners near me came together we all stopped at once and looked at each other..."we've f*cked up here haha"
Got my value for money though eh.
