Stef those 'road shoes' , after maybe a 3 year life span are now completely and utterly knackered with no cushioning at all left in them and no grip to speak of either. They will shortly be reassigned to become my beach/fannying about in rivers shoes (until they eventually fall apart) and replaced by maybe some new 'road shoes'. And Ady there were 26 pictures of me taken at the race, quite a few of them in what must of been a back to back single burst. On the web site, pre purchase, you can only view them in thumbnail size and they sort of looked worth getting. The reality once I got them was of course that I'd been a complete prat.
