Might be my fault that Geoff. Adam (Breaks) was the lad with me, so he trusted my route over the top (the fool!), and then the rest followed. Helen went the rough route and said it was quick. I guess I used the slabs because I knew they were there and got me to the right of Swines Back.

The slabs up to Mill Hill were awful yesterday: slipping all over the place. Took a stumble on a small descent, so am nursing a sore knee today.
