For the right price anything will be better than my 15 year old Petzl Zoom.

You could have a wait! If you look at their website, they only list Petzl's Duo & E-Lite. It looks as if they have "sold out" to Black Diamond.
SimplyHike look to be quoting good prices for the new "2008 Issue Myo XP" - £42.xx for the basic and £55.xx for MyoBelt XP

    Re: What headtorch?

Hopey, thanks for the info. Will wait with baited breath. This could be what I've been hanging back for; but I would like to see the new Apex from PrincetonTec, also, before I let the moths out of the wallet. Trundler was berating me on our 'True Solstice' run that I was still 'getting by' with the trusty ( well, much bodged and modified ) Lucido Coolight. He will be totally incredulous if I turn out one night with something totally cutting edge - which the Lucido was when I first bought it and Trundler was peering into the gloom with his Zoom.

I'll be totally incredulous if you just turn out.... you being an ex-bat

This new Myo does sound good but the 14LED Duo is still performing well so maybe I'll wait for the NEXT one to come out

Wash your mouth out Trundler - whilst you were at home typing out the above, myself and 3 Ghandi Men + 4 Ghandi Women were wading our way around the SROC winter street league. My little Lucido Coolight was performing miracles down the back alleys of Morecambe.
