Thought it was just your cool down!

I was driving to Fearns, following the route of Leg 1 backwards and I'm sure there was a few guys running back after the first leg.
Good effort if that was the case.

Throughly enjoyed running with Lee. He certainly gave it his all, thought we were going to see his intestines at the top of the last climb

Don't know what the two Rochdale lads thought of Lee running past them asking "so do you know Notlob then?"

Seemed a good spirit and lots of happy people at the finish. Even more in the Jolly Sailor. Well done to Borrowdale by the way.

I was impressed to see they had Landlords on - my first visit to said hostelry in about 15 years.

Enjoyed it, apart from the 5 minute+ detour we made on leg 3! Good weather for it though.

Remind me where you live AG. Oh yeah, right next to your "detour". Could there be a connection?

Thanks again Brum for getting me up Rooley Moor, that climb seemed to go on forever. Must give up the snacks for Lent. Looking forward to some speed work tomorrow night to loosen up the calves!?!

Bad luck taking the detour but well done on catching us (again) at the top of the last climb, minimum 5 min detour probably but I suppose hey ho!

    Well done again.

    With regards
