    Re: Todays Training

1st fell run since christmas eve (due to foot injury). Ran on Pendle of course, what a brilliant day for it, except it was too busy with tourists. Just cross my fingers foot will be ok tomorrow.

A strange sighting today - there was this guy in Barley car park doing shadow boxing and kicks in the middle of the day. (where better on a nice sunny day?)

As others have said what an absolutely brilliant day for running - Drove from Leeds to Royston Vesey for Dad's 75th birthday family meal (he'd already been running this morning!!) so stopped off en-route for a 40 min run around Dovestones reservoir from the top roadside car park-all low-level and in road shoes - the off-road sections were a lot drier than I'd expected.

Thanks Widdy and ajohns, the blogs run by my partner, originally to keep our respective parents up to date when living in NZ or her in the UK (she's an aussie). Its nice to be able to look back through the seasons. We keep running logs but a photographic blog is a great way to store the memories. A great area to run as long as you love the fells as back and to to pen y pass gets boring after the twentieth time.

had a game today, but the plan is a run/scramble and run over the Carbeddau peaks from Bethesda tommorrow. Petty not to be out today though.
