well i officially ran one of the worst races ever on sunday - MAINLY down to not training enough and partly due to a mismeasured course - an 8 mile course was actually measured on a friend's GPS as 9.5

Advice Required

I have been invited by a lady friend to go riding with her but am unsure over how to respond. Should I accept this offer? If I participate in the aforementioned event what effect, if any, will it have on my running ability, amongst other things?I have told her I am a Fell Pony but strangely this seemed to make the invitation more insistent.

Had a wonderfull holiday, good weather, good amount of climb and yes Ozzy did beast us, well me at least. See you at the Hobble, don't know if I'm doing it ,the mrs certainly is, but I'll be there in a supporting roll anyway.

See you there if not before, probably doing the Noon Stone next. Was at the Wadsworth Half on Saturday in a forward roll through the heather was even complimented on it, havn't lost me old parachuting skills
