was a tough little cross country course today, finished 16th so not bad but was beaten by a couple of people i'm normally just ahead of. Had a little sprint finish at the end (against one of Sinatras club runners) for the sake of Joe who comes to watch every race and is always cheering. Enjoyed the cup of tea and sandwhiches after No more cross country now, will aim to do Pipe Dream next saturday and Cloud Nine on sunday (and probably forget about the Liverpool half i'm entered for). Off to see a brother and the folks soon so will catch you later tonight if you are about. How was the son's footy in the rain?

josh's sat team drew 1-1 yesterday and his sunday team today was beaten 4-2

Yeah, they've won last 4 on the trot. He's been moved up from defence to midfield today, nearly scored twice but their goalie made 2 good saves. Was sulking a bit after cos he ain't scored this season, have patience son, it will come
