I'm running Bleasdale tomorrow and my wife Rita tells me that as I want to run a fast time in the race, nookie is out of the question tonight.
What do you think about that? Have you found that a spot of coitus before or during a race has stopped you running in a good time?

Well, this year it is an international event. Thus, it could be considered an intercourse.

Remember way back in 1988, went out round Halifax one Saturday night with then girlfriend, back to her's for a horlicks (ok intercourse) home and in bed for 3am, then ran the Leeds Marathon on Sunday. It was my first and only Marathon, my tapering technique was a disaster
