emm you need way more than that
put some FLAT full coke in your second water bottle , even try getting a third bottle that can attach to behind your seat on your seat post , where your rear light prob sits at the minute.
ive lost count of the timesflat coke has got me out of the le bonk on a long ride.
watch the pro riders and they eat eat eat constantly.

and after 80 / 90 miles you may be needing some salt intake, especially if its hot.

ok.......I stopped off at a corner shop on the last long one for a can of coke!!

Usually use the SIS stuff but it won't be in France hence the power bar stuff it's been ok so far and not had any stomach problems

Have some of the choc REGO but i find I'm not as lean as as a lot of cyclists and if i have too many high carb/protein drinks etc the pounds start to go on.....

Stawberry REGO sat in the jacuizzi in the Alicia, Cala Bona after a hard day is ace . Give it a good hard shake when it's 1/2 full and then top up and shake again - this usually avoids the pink sludge that sticks to the bottom!!
