No, not heard of it. Smokers will turn a blind eye to the damage it does them, in my experience you need to want to stop, scare tactics don't work.

No run again today, if okay will pick it up again on Sat fingers crossed. This is the longest I have not run in months.

Looked at the Lads leap race but not sure this weekend will do me any good with the way I have been this week. Must admit its very tempting thought though.
