Chilling today after yesterday's Hobble. Quads are very sore but feel better after hour's walk at Bolton Abbey this afternoon. Cleared my head too after last night's Tim Taylor's!
Body feels like its been trampled by a herd of Wildebeest, sweeping majestically across the plains4m bike ride with 8 year old lad, dropped me on every climb
Wife went to an Aquarium in Manchester with kids and her mother (In Mothers car) leaving me with our car for the day. Went to work in it, so done nowt today, this is the reason i got rid of our second car, far too tempting to use for work and not get any training in. Still come home, knackered, cos i'm a grafter

Drove down to Derbyshire this morning and spent day with twin brother and his family. Plenty of chocolate, red wine and an awesome roast dinner - talk of pub quiz later!
