went for a play in the snow around hartshead pike for 45 minutes,nice to be out,legs are batterd from rivington pike
10 mile loop over Scout Scar. Snow's almost gone already.
Ah, but it was snowing again up there just now....
Just a couple of hours out on the bike - A loop in the Ribble Valley taking in Jeffrey Hill - suberb views going up there out to the coast.
A steady 4.4 mile around Pex Hill today first run since Thursday. Used the trail paths today as my trail shoes are the only ones that don't rub my ankle at the min. Hopefully back to the roads tomorrow?
