As you know I was (one-of) Wharfedale camera crew today but had a nice trot out to trig point and back. Reckon I got some good shots too (...tho see if our web master agree's when he loads them up...)

Pendle is a bit far as I currently can't run a step. Went to watch 12 stage road relays in Sutton Park. Team came 3rd. Also took a few pics, although as I am the webmaster, I get to put them up anyway!
Achilles is completely knackered so no running for me.
Then been to babysit for my friends a few doors round this evening, although he was already in bed asleep when I went round, and didn't wake up, so I watched the Amir Khan fight and drunk their beer!

Mind, the achilles sounds like a bit of a nuisance (...I'm supposed to be quite good at the art of understatement...). Taking anything for it..? (hydrocortisone injections...? ...now they're 'kin painful, had one in my ankle when I was 14..) Hope it's only a very temporary impairment...
