Lantern - the "" was cos I'd started on the biccies, not to do with my placing (of which I was actually quite proud!)

re Fell Ponies Knees Up - I suggest a Saturday race, so we have the option of extensive festivities/overnighting/Sunday to recover!

yeah i have spoken to fellmonster,mine's ok though should only be a week or so out hopefully,it's a bit better today,just need to get some flexabilty back into it
