Had a full weeks running this week so a rest day today. hoping to do a 2 hour road run tomorrow. Then weather permitting will go to Kinder Sunday to take photos. Getting ready for Chester Half and then the Garburn Trail race in May with a few 10k's thrown in before hand.
i cant even manage 7 days running in 3 weeks, I have not done a 10k in a while
Was hoping to do Llantysillio fell race tomorrow but have a lot of work on at the min so will get out early for road run.
