Evening, my day's a 23 hour one - nice 50 on the bike in the spring sunshine this morning, work tonight then up early for a trot tommoz. Nights are OK as long as you get up early and do somthing with the day and not fester in bed.

Evening Ady, was in work at 6.45am today and still working now. don't mind as its all worth it in the end.

Was a lovely eveing for a run, roll on the summer months and 8 weeks off.

Why Hambeldon hill race of course behind my house!! Don't know about Astley yet, may do a long training run with a few 1000 feet of climbing instead of a 3.1 mile race...................
