    Ian, that was an interesting running style for the final 50 yards..........well done on keeping the shrapnel/cramp/false leg at bay and smiling all the way to the finish line !!

    I had exactly the same look/style at the end of the sky line, the smile hides the agony...

    Old wooden leg

    It's a good job I'm not a fell pony as they would have shot me by now.

    Well to be honest you looked in pretty good nick to me . Glad you made it round MG - I told you ten minutes was a long time when it comes down to hitting the cut offs.
