Its a bit of a pain when you have an injury and want to get out running. I used to suffer a lot of injuries on the roads but alternating with the fells has worked well.
I am sure once you get back into the swing of it all will be okay. Reading the thread on the 3 peaks made me wish I had done it. perhaps next year. Will have to get a few longer runs in.
Apparently it never stopped you swimmingNah, Pinno's right, jog around, build up your strength and get back to enjoying it.
Right I better get to bed it will soon be time to get up Night Roger Rabbit and everyone else in forumite land.
