Evening MG. It jhas been hot today but then went very dark late this aft but got no rain. Spent most of day in the garden. Did a short run up and around Pex Hill after 4 days rest. Only did just over 1.6 mile and had to stop due to this bloody calf strain I can't seem to shake off.

Touch and go over Chester Half Mara next Sunday now. What have you been up to today?

See todays training! Not a fell race but I wore my Ponies vest anyways!
Then have chilled out the rest of the day trying not to think about work tomorrow...that's the only problem with Sunday evenings!

Just looked at the results of your race Well done MG.

Its difficult with a calf strain from my football days its the usual rest, ice, compression and elevation. Fingers crossed its not to severe.

Only two weeks in work then I have a week off. Looking forward to a week off nothing much planned at the minute other than off to See Bruce Springsteen on the Wed and then the Garburn Trail race on the Saturday.
