Thanks for kind thoughts everyone. Came down to Derbys this morning and spent the afternoon flyfishing with my twin brother (it's his birthday today too!) on the Derwent near Cromford. Caught two nice brown trout and going to pub shortly. Cycling planned for tomorrow with my other brother in the Peak, so all good!

My friend has a twin sister, they're not identical though

Happy Birthday Derby Tup. Reminds me of an old Dales shepherd that used to work for a mate of mine who had a farm near to Lancaster University. He was always keen to tell any students or academics, that he came across, that he had a twin sister:- "But when I was 20 she was 20 too". They always walked away scratching their heads, "If you are twins, how could she have been 22 when you were 20?"
