Good evening Harrymoon. Making good progress again done 12.20 mile on the bike tonight so will start running again on Sunday. Garburn Trail race a week on Sunday want to be ready for that now.

yeah had a run out, swoop was a marshall! they even had to turn people back as 200 limit was reached
A shame people got turned away but it pays to arrive early. Can't wait to getback running its almost 2-3 weeks now. Feeling fine now. Got any other races lined up to do?
Possibly Erdigg on sunday and definitely mynnydd myfr on monday! hopefully a restful day tomorrow, any plans?
Away to a family gathering in Pulford near Grosvenore Garden Centre tomorrow 80th Bday bash. Off next week so want to pick the running from Sunday. Other than Garburn Trail race which is 14.5 mile will start planning some races once I know I am okay again.
