It was blowing a right old gale down the Edale valley the tent felt like it was going to take of Saturday night

Tough walk along up Mam Torr (being blown sideways) and along to Brown Knoll (head wind) on Sunday but they had Timothy Taylors, Black Sheep and Nags 1577 on tap in the pubs - so that's ok!!

Yes I thought about you campers this weekend bet you felt like the tent would blow away!

Have been up edale running in weather like that - well probably not even as bad - and I could barely stay upright

Pub's - managed to get two pub stops in on one walk
My knee seemed ok too so hopefully I will get a run out next week in the Lakes so pretty good weekend all round.

Spent most of the day sorting the house out and on the forum plus went to Rivendell Nurseries plant buying and had lunch out. Usually grow our own bedding plants but not had time this year.

The day has wizzed by and have Bruce Springsteen to look forward to tomorrow night.
